“Had a very nice, relaxing and pleasant stay. The employees are so respectful. With full love we would like to thank Dilip and Larissa for going the extra mile. Of course also the rest of the employees who were always there for us. We returned recharged and recommend everyone to visit this property. Be careful if you have difficulty walking, as getting on and off the boat can be difficult. Pool attached to the house was amazing and the cleaning was great.”

“The staffs are nice. The room is clean but quite a lot insect in the lagoon villas. The environment is perfect.The food is excellent. The service and arrangement is nice.
The only bad thing is that the Chinese mainlanders and the babies are very noisy.”

“My stay was marred by poor service here. Staff: lack of proactivity & no smiles. I had to follow up with the reservation team for seaplane arrangements, but Shanna, never read my questions carefully. Her responses felt scripted and unhelpful, which was incredibly frustrating. I eventually had to call the hotel directly to request a manager’s assistance. The dining experience was also disappointing.
