"I checked into this hotel to spend the night with a minor surgery patient however there was no wheelchair to help me get my patient from the front lobby to the room and nobody would step up and help me. The Bill men were invisible never showed up to either get me in or out front desk. Staff was very helpful, but it seemed like that people around her were just not helpful or concerned at all. "

"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The only reason it’s a 4 star rating is because the water didn’t drain out of the shower and the breakfast ended 10 minutes early. Otherwise, everything was great. "

"My daughter forgot her favorite squishmallow in the room and realized it halfway to Texas. Staff went above and beyond to find it and ship it to us. The entire hotel is kept extremely clean. 10/10 would stay again"

"The property is under renovation, so there were lots of repair trucks and dumpsters in the parking lot. The room was OK, but not great. But I known it was under construction I would not have booked a room there."

"The staff members were so nice, shoutout to the man at check in, wish I got his name. The room was extremely clean, bed was comfy, property was so quiet and I slept amazing! This was the best hotel we stayed at our whole road trip by far."

"Upon check we went to our room and everything in it was flipped literally mattress on the wall chairs flipped over and a white substance in the floor I didn’t even put my foot through the door we went back down and the receptionist was very helpful and immediately switched us to another room and when we went to it there was already a couple occupying that room we went back down for the the third time and got another room and it was very run down not clean and the air did not work but seeing as how we were staying there only a few hours due to going to the hospital very early the next morning we just went in and stayed but if given the option would never return and definitely do not recommend anyone to stay at this property"

"This is an older property, 2 floor with no elevator so take care to reserve a first floor room if you can’t navigate stairs. The staff is excellent and property is beautifully clean"
