Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Tivemos vários problemas em 6 dias de estadia. Ferro de passar roupa que nos emprestaram e queimou uma roupa. Chuveiro que sempre quando era mais tarde não aquecia. Secador de cabelo que disseram não saber onde estava quando precisei. Máquina de bebidas quentes sempre desabastecida no café da manhã. Demora para reabastecer alimentos no café da manhã, e alguns dias nem leite tinha. Falta de informações com camareiras para arrumação do quarto. Estacionamento muito pequeno o do prédio e o outro muito distante. Dificuldade para acessar canais de tv. Tive um acidente em que a porta do apartamento bateu no meu antebraço, porque não havia nenhuma informação sobre não abrir-la com a porta da varanda aberta. Enfim, não retorno e não recomendo.

Prefiro não comentar muito. Só quero esquecer que eu estive nesse hotel, onde tive problemas desde a hora da minha entrada até à minha saída. Quarto com aparelho de tv, mas sem funcionar, pq estava sem WiFi, telefone mudo, por esse motivo tive que descer várias vezes à recepção, oara pesir ajuda. Passei frio uma noite, pq não deixaram um cobertor no armário e como eu estava sem telefone, eu resolvi não desci de madrugada e acabei não dormindo e outras cousas a mais que eu prefiro nao relatar. Só quero esquecer o pesadrli que eu vivi. Tenho testemunha dessa situação relatada acima. Eu ia entrar com processo, mas deixarei nas mãos de Deus. Fiquei traumatizada. Saí chorando do hotel. O que era para ser dias de descanso e felizes, foram dias estressantes. Vou repetir aqui, o que eu disse a eles: que não façam com mais ninguém, o que fizeram comigo.

O quarto que fiquei o colchão tinha vala, desconfortável, travesseiro muitos finos e pior foi o blackout que eram divididos e entraram luz por não se juntarem. A luz de fora e do sol deixa o quarto claro dificultando dormir..A luz de dentro do box não funcionava. Agendei horário da limpeza e não foi cumprido tendo que esperar. O café da manhã é bom mais se for depois das 9 h não há reposição, faltando coisas simples como suco e leite.

Estadia bem insatisfatória, com excessão do café da manhã que era ótimo, no demais não foi boa experiência. O controle do ar nao funcionava, se tratava de controle universal que não estava conectando com o ar, o hotel não fornece ponto de água potável conforme Lei Estadual nº 3.194/1999. Todas a solicitações os funcionários saiam com respostas que não resolviam, ex estou sozinho na recepção e não posso resolver agora, amanhã acionaremos a equipe de manutenção, e assim passamos a noite sem ar.
