· The apartment is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum occupancy of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and no more people can stay/visit at the same time in the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal government-issued ID (ID card or passport) upon check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival and departure:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Late check-in option with a safety deposit box in the office free of charge.
· No-show on check-in day, no refund of the reservation.
· Mandatory payment of the tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person over 16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning: The property must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT: In properties that accept pets, the owners of the same must take care to pick up the feces and clean up the urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of keys to the property: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the lock of the main door and needing to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to the technician's rate to be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets are welcome at this property.
· Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.
