C537, MACAYE: Charming detached house in the heart of the Basque Country. This house is located just 10 minutes from Cambo Les Bains. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you will appreciate the calm of the place.
The ground floor opens onto a large entrance with storage and separate toilet. Separate and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, storage, extractor hood, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, traditional oven, toaster, kettle ... Adjoining garage with storage (garden furniture ...), which communicates with the laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Large living-dining room opening onto the south-facing terrace (table, chairs, BZ sofa, TV ...). 2 bedrooms with 140 beds and storage. Bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, which is very attic, there is a games area: billiards, children's games ... as well as a bedroom with two beds (1 bed 120 and 1 bed 100), with a water point (WC + sink). Large courtyard and garden with a view of the countryside
PETS ALLOWED (except upstairs because of carpet!) - INTERNET ACCESS BY WIFI - NO SOCKET FOR HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES
Please note: the garden is not fully fenced.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not compliant, or anything that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to check that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- House cleaning C502/C516/C608/C537: €77.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
