"This was a perfect house with kids and dogs. There is a perfect property line that’s helps separate the very minimal traffic on the road, less the 5 cars a day went by. All of the out door games and areas to hang out was definitely an added plus. We met some local fishermen and had fresh lobster 4 nights we were there. Local farm stands have some great sweet corn and fruits that made the trip even better. Roughs beach was a great beach to hang out at for a day or too. Thank you so much Maya."

"This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The house has everything you need and the views are absolutely amazing. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, while still being close enough to town for dinner or a coffee. We absolutely love staying here, and it’s an added bonus that our dog gets to enjoy it with us too. We can’t wait to come back!"

"This cabin ahas all the modern comfort you will need to enjoy your time at the lake. Our granddaughters loved it as well as our 2 labs. Anne was exceptional at quickly answering all our questions. The improvements that were made I believe in 2023, they definitely spared no expense they were done right and looks to have taken thought as to the comfort as well as the general beauty of it and keeping with nature and not destroying any of it, right down to the beautiful large boulders made into steps. We appreciated all that went into the remodel, and how well the cabin was stocked. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this little Beauty on the lake."

"My family liked this place. It’s very peaceful and quiet. We could see and hear loons on the lake. House is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. It’s nicely decorated and organized inside. Everything is exactly as it’s described."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Machiasport! The location is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning ocean views and a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax and unwind. It was the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Maine coast.The home was clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The property manager was also attentive and responsive, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a spectacular location, this property is an excellent choice!"
