"Excellent location. Great restaurants all around and easy walk to Shinjuku station. We had a spacious twin room. We were on the 29th floor with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed we were unable to go on the balcony with Godzilla. "

"Overall, the location was great and we had a pleasant experience. The room, however, left much to be desired. We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous at night. The staff was great and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the paid breakfast on-site. "

"Very convenient location. It was tricky to find initially as the entrance is tucked in the corner behind the check in counters on the departure level (3F) in terminal 3. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the terminal. For travellers arriving from train, the terminal 3 stop is before terminal 1/2. Free shuttle bus between terminals or you can pay for a quicker ride on the train or monorail (easy access from 3F). I booked a superior room with 2 beds, like so many hotels in Japan it is small. Nice bathroom with separate space for bath. "
