Everything was great except that they didn’t mention anything about the breakfast information at the check-in and ended up missing the breakfast for my stay. Other than that everything else was great. Highly recommend.

Although this is probably the nicest hotel in Madinah right by the prophet’s mosque we had a couple of issues. Even though we paid for breakfast it wasn’t available since their kitchen was shutdown, they offered us to go to another hotel after getting upset, it was hugely inconvenient.
