“We stay at Home2Suites whenever we travel if possible because we are always very happy with our stay. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. “My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. “I want to start by saying the front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. But this hotel needs attention. One of our mattresses was so broken down it was hard to get out of it. The carpets turned our socks brown. Our refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed and we had to throw the room temperature food away. We generally like Hamptons and will stay at them again but probably not THIS Hampton. ”
