The location was perfect for us. Made a very early hospital appointment convenient and stress free. The room was spacious and clean.

The room was okay but not completely clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were average. There was a metal shelf on the shower floor just propped up against the wall as if it was not yet installed. The showerhead was caked with buildup so barely any water flowed through it, and no floor towel was provided so I had to use a hand towel for the floor. The room had a stovetop, full sink and full size refrigerator, but no dishes, silverware, nor any pots or pans. There were no dish towels of any kind either. The hotel had no breakfast and no coffee was available due to the machine being out of order. You also need to use your room key to enter the lobby from checking in at the desk. Once you turn your keys in, if you're parked on the backside of the building, you must walk all the way around because you can't go back into the lobby and to the doors that exit that side. I won't be staying here again. Oh and the lobby and elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. I gave it 2 stars because the staff were very friendly at least. The front desk is not staffed past 9 p.m. so if you have a question or need something, you're s.o.l.

Bed was hard like slab of concrete. Pillows were hard like rocks. Pillow cases were very tough. Room was clean and AC worked well. No amenities provided for overnight stay, no facial tissue, only 1 toilet roll, no soap. This is definitely not like a hotel/motel for overnight stay. This is like an apartment stay, will need to buy or bring what you need. Can rent kitchen items but very expensive rent. Must launder your own towels and sheets. Check-in requires many initials and signatures for rules and regs. I felt like a criminal being permitted to stay. I do not recommend this place.

The property is in good shape and very clean. However, the rooms come with nothing but sheets, towels, 3 hangers, and toilet paper. As an extended stay facility, i was hoping for a coffee maker, an iron, and some inexpensive dishes etc. So just beware that it is very bare bones.

No thanks to this place. I waited ten minutes in the lobby to get checked in after I did it online. The bed in the room bottomed out when I sat on it. And I booked this hotel because of the EV car charger on site - and it wasn't working! Me and another person were both trying to charge our cars with no luck. Very disappointed & will not be back.
