Because we are in the woods, garbage management is a bit different than suburban or urban areas - garbage must be brought to a transfer station or locked, bear-proof dumpster or else bears will get into it! We do provide the transfer station hours, dump passes, and also access information for our office dumpster to make it as easy as possible to dispose of the trash, but we are sorry that it was a challenge during your stay.
