“This lovely end unit townhouse was in a perfect location. Near the end of a safe residential neighborhood with other townhomes and single family residences yet very close to Food Lion, Walgreens, McDonalds, Planet Fitness and a short drive to downtown Greensboro and the colosseum. Mike had the quickest response of any owner where we've stayed. The unit was like the photos. It was very comfortable and cute. Having 2.5 baths and laundry facilities were convenient. “The Cottage house was amazing it was a perfect house for 2 families. A great place to stay for a weekend getaway and easy drive to Asheboro Zoo and Greensboro Science center. Sitting out on the deck was amazing.....surrounded by nature....family of swans, blue heron, and even some deer across the stream.The inside couch is a worn and covered in blankets to hide the wear and tear.....other than that the place was clean.If you plan on using the hot tub, i would recommend bringing extra towels. There are 6 bath towels (small bath towels), but no extras for the hot tub if 6 guests are staying.All in All.....great place! Would……

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”
