“Nice 2-bedroom house for a short stay on our road trip while visiting family. Beds are SUPER SOFT, so if you need a firm bed, be aware these were not firm at all. Great location that is close to restaurants or shopping with a Publix, Walmart, or Target a short distance. It's a quiet neighborhood, but finding the address can be tricky, as GPS directions don't take you to the house directly.”

“Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t……

“The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms.……

“When I arrived, the housekeeper was still there cleaning due to a late check-out from the previous occupants. She was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the AC in the unit was not working. I was assured maintenance would be there that evening to repair it or leave a portable unit. Maintenance did not come by that evening. I stayed somewhere else. When I returned the next morning, the ac was still not working, so I cancelled my booking. The owner was responsive and assured me that I would be……
