After reviewing details of your comment, we are so disappointed to read your description and to know that your stay didn't meet your expectation. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service and comfortable accommodation to our guests. Above everything, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay, especially when the fire alarm was set off during some minutes, while your stay, what affected the water system as well. Unfortunately a smoke detector in one of the exterior hotel zones was triggered by smoke and all interconnected alarms within the hotel sounded an immediate warning. The fire alarm is precautionary: it is designed to save lives and alert staff members of any potential safety issue so that we can activate our emergency procedures. The safety and security of our guests is always our number one priority and concern, especially through evening and night time hours. However, our next greatest mission is for our guests to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay. We are really apologize if you didn’t have this impression, however we try to do all possible we could, during this situation. We would like to thank you for your words and ascertain that your feedback has been taken into account and will be shared with all the adequate departments.
