This is our new flat only steps away from Plaza Callao. A newly refurbished flat, very silent, with 2 balconies facing the street and elevator. Before placing a booking please read the minimum stay requirements and check in.

The space

The apartment is in a beautiful protected building (built in 1880) located in a quite street steps away from Gran Vía and Plaza Callao and has just been extensively renovated (everything is brand new:). With two separate bedrooms, it's perfect for families, a group of friends, or 2 couples.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building. Unlike most buildings in the centre of Madrid, here we have ELEVATOR for 2 peolpe which adds a plus of comfort to your stay. Could you ask for more?

The apartment is composed of:

* A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm).

* A second bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are separated by a wall with sliding door.

* Living room with a couch, dining table for 4 people, huge TV and open plan kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, including stove, microwave with grill, refrigerator and more.

* Washing machine.

* Bathroom with a big shower with 2 shower heads

* Wi-Fi is also available during your stay, we know that is essential ;-)

*Air conditioning for the hot Spanish summers.

*Baby crib available on request, the price is €15 for the entire stay

Of course, fresh linen and towels are provided, as well as an iron, hair dryer, etc. One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set.

We also provide maps and information on Madrid as well as basic kitchen ingredients.

•No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty.
