Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our luggage until we could check in. The duplex room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently in walking distance of multiple restaurants. Good breakfast and coffee options.

If you have a group of friends or family and are looking for a great place to stay while you're in Madrid this is the perfect place to stay. There is a microwave, dishes available for your use. I highly recommend staying here it's perfect.
