The rental must be for work, personal or family reasons, and the tenant must reside outside Madrid and, of course, never make this property their permanent residence (but rather their temporary residence), nor register themselves at this address.
The layout of the apartment is functional, offering both comfort and privacy. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the first two single bedrooms, each equipped with a 90 x 200 cm bed and wardrobe. A full bathroom with shower is located just after. To the left of the hallway is a separate kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. Next to the kitchen, the laundry area features a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
