The room smells like cigarettes even when it’s promoted as no smoking. The night receptionist hates his life and treats everyone poorly. THERE IS NO AC. And they don’t mention that anywhere. Avoid this place at all cost.

1. If you cannot walk up stairs, do not stay here. Staff was nice enough to give us first floor with luggages and one of us is older so the stairs was a bit of hard work 2. The property was clean and it is cleaned every day. 3. Even though it was clean, we stayed beside a toilet which was marked to have a non-working toilet bowl. The bowl is sealed off so people cannot use it. However, the bowl continues to emanate a smell. They have building works on new rooms when we stayed there and it would be best if they just fixed the toilet. I also think people were using this bathroom to pee in (the sink or the shower) because it would just smell worse throughout the day/night… and there were people using it in the dead of the night (surely not to just wash their hands)… 4. Good and functional room but small. Beds are comfortable 5. Towels provided and you can change to a new towel if needed 6. Soap provided but best to bring own shampoo 7. Bring bathroom slippers if you like 8. No hot water kettle if you like hot drinks 9. Location is super. Cuatro Camino is full of life, a fairly major metro stop, great transport connections. There is a local fresh market (too bad there’s no shared kitchen) with meat, fruits, small restaurants, cafes every where, shops, supermarkets, two large gyms less than a block away with day passes available. The street the hostel is on feels safe. 10. Reception is 24/7 most of the time. The staff are friendly and helpful. 11. Feels safe.

Localização boa, porém um pouco longe da gran via. O bairro possui bastante movimento durante o dia e o quarto tem um bom espaço. Ficamos no quarto andar e não possuía elevador, somente este foi o único ponto negativo.
