Conveniently located for the festival I was attending. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The staff were very friendly. However, not much to do around and barely no restaurant other than the one attached to the hotel. Guests tend to slam their door and it echos in the hallway We also had no soap in the bathroom upon check-in

I like this hotel but I have heard some noises.... I couldn't go out without taxi......it was very tricky. the system was good and the room was clean the hotel staff can speak English . I like it.

Op een industrieterrein in een achterstandswijk met prostituees op straat. Een hotel waar je liever niet verblijft. Gehorige kamers herrie tot laat in de nacht. Het glas van kapot geslagen auto ramen op straat. Hier nooit meer!

Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Habiataciones amplias, cómodas y muy limpias. No hay nevera en la habitación, pero te pueden guardar medicamentos u otras cosas que necesiten frío en la recepción (siempre hay empleados en la recepción y atienden con amabilidad). Por poner una pega, el ascensor huele raro. La cafetería está correcta, pero atienden muuuuuy lento. Se aparca bien y tienen posibilidad de parking subterráneo también, aunque yo no lo usé. El hotel está alejado del centro de Madrid, pero para los que nos movemos en coche no es gran problema.

Mucho ruido, nadie controla por la noche si entra un grupo dándo portazos, ni hablando en alto...en nuestra habitación sólo había una finísima cortina en el ventanal, que entra mucha luz durante toda la noche y especialmente en cuanto amanece. Cómo aspecto positivo, la limpieza es muy buena, enhorabuena al equipo de limpieza!

Necesita mejorar bastante.

Hace falta bastante mantenimiento tanto en los baños (mampara y alcachofa que ni se sujeta sola). El personal de limpieza debe comprender que es un hotel y se utiliza para descansar. Si desde las 9 de la mañana están chillando y hablando desde una punta a otra del pasillo hace que sea imposible dormir. Los alrededores del hotel están en estado completo de abandono.

Bonito en un entorno feucho

Sólo estuve una noche y básicamente fue para dormir. Fuimos a hacer exámenes y la habitación era cómoda, tal vez le faltaba luz para estudiar, wifi gratis que funcionó bien, amplia para dos personas, con calefacción regulable, se oía al resto de hospedados.. Lo mejor el baño, muy amplio, limpio y con una ducha muy cómoda, jabón, secador.. muy completo. El restaurante de estilo mexicano muy bien, la gente muy amable, me explicaron la carta, no pucaba mucho y estaba rico
Chimichango, rico, suave, pica lo justito. Es una especie de trotilla rellena de carne y verduras👌
Con tele, una mesa y armario, le faltaba algo de luz...

Bastante mejorable

Es un hotel muy muy de paso. Algo para una noche y sin esperar nada. Parking que parece sacado de una película de terror, habitaciones terroríficamente heladas, calefacción por aire que no vale para nada, la ducha es lamentable y se sale todo el agua (eso si puedes apoyar la alcachofa)… la limpieza mejor no hablamos (al no existir es mejor no hablar). Realmente todo es mejorable y no es necesario dinero, sino ganas y un personal más motivado.

Es la tercera vez que cogemos este hotel, las dos primeras bastante bien, pero está tercera nos defraudo un poco ya que la habitación que nos tocó estaba muy mal distribuida, además tenía una puerta en medio de la habitación similar a las de emergencia que no se abría pero parece que daba a la habitación de al lado, el olor del baño fue horroroso,para ducharnos lo pasamos bastante mal.

Escapada en Familia

Habitación un poco ruidosa al estar al lado del comedor.ventana con cortinas que no llegaban a tapar toda la ventana y teníamos una farola enfrente. Así que por la noche costaba dormir por la luz . El personal atento y amable.

The property is a complete desaster...not a.cup of glass inside the room!! No champu..no conditioner!!hey gave to us a room without elevator and we had to carried our heavy bag by stairs!! Nobody help us!! No breakfast included in a package but when I tried to paid for my breakfast the only thing that they sale was a coffe with milk and a t piece of bread with tomato!! ....The worse customer service that I nevver see!!

Muy agradable la estancia en este hotel. Lo mejor la cama. Es maravillosa y cómoda! Y la atención y el servicio del camarero del bar. Lo hacía todo. Como gerente de una empresa recomendaría que le pusieran un ayudante. Es mucho trabajo para una sóla persona y que trabajará menos horas diarias

Although it was affordable it was located in a rough area. It did have a restaurant/bar in it. The bartender was quite nice. The staff were very willing to help. The air-conditioner was busted and the room was a sauna. The beds and pillows were harder than a rock.
