No anti slip in the bath tub to have showers No water o coffee dispenser anywhere except at the restaurant where you must pay and it is a bit expensive No kettle cups coffee tea sugar in the room

My room, 1201, was very noisy. It suffered from noise from the lift shafts immediately behind the wall of the bed, from fan noise in bathroom and ill-fitting windows that led to a lot of street and wind noise. Shower also wasn't thermostatic and so ran hot and cold. Altogether very poor value for the money spent.

This property is run down. There was mold in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price that I paid. Convenient to Chamartín but that was the only positive. The pool area looks nothing like the picture on the Expedia ad.

El hotel está bastante bien. en frente de la estación de metro y renfe Chamartin. a pocos minutos de paseo la castellana. Hab amplia, limpia. las camas bien. El desayuno buffet muy variado y bueno. Personal amable
