Staff was excellent in keeping us informed on how to access the terrific accommodations. The location is perfect for touring The Prado and Botanical Gardens with easy strolls to tapas dinners. The room felt really secure and cleaning staff was very friendly. I was unsure about not having the grand hotel experience, but this boutique style of downtown short stays is the way to go.

Very good place to stay in the center of Madrid, especially for a short time. Quiet, close to main attractions, restaurants, etc. Would stay again.

This hostel is in a great location, and has great views of the beautiful buildings in the area. The room looked exactly like the pictures. The area is very walkable and the metro station is conveniently located nearby.

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day trip to Madrid. This hotel is amazing! OMG the view! Perfect location for all your tourist spots. Bed is soft and although we were facing the street it was not noisy at all. The host was the best though. Warm inviting and just made us feel at home. We will definitely stay again!

I gem of a hotel in a lively area of Madrid. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the area. The clean well decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and spotless bathrooms with great showers made our brief stay perfect. There are lots of dining and entertainment options within a few blocks. We would definitely stay here again!
