La struttura è moderna, pulita e vicino alla Metro Begoña linea 10 che porta direttamente in centro. Ci sono due supermercati vicino alla struttura ed è un' ottima soluzione per stare qualche giorno a Madrid

Lit terriblement dure et inconfortable, orreiller tellement mince qu'on dirait inexistance, lorsque j'ai demander au membre du personnel un oreiller supplementaire il mon repondu que ce n'etais pas possible et qu'il etais au courant que les lit ne son pas confortable. Aucune air climatiser dans les chambre, le personnel de l'hotel me dit que c'es normal car rendu au mois d'octobre il eteinde l'aire climatiser nous avons donc rester dans la chambre a plus de 25c Journee du chek in j'ai recu un mail pour me dire d'aller a une autre adresse que celle de la reservation pour le chek-in pour ensuite me renvoyer a l'adresse princinpal a 15minute de marche dans des rue en pente avec tout mes bagage.

Prijs/ kwaliteitsverhouding is prima. Alles is nieuw en schoon. Bij binnenkomst ligt er een grote handdoek en een iets kleinere handdoek, voeten matje en 1 wc rol klaar. Als je 1a2 dagen blijft is dat voldoende. Ik verbleef 4 nachten, dan is het onvoldoende. Toen ik vroeg of ik een extra rol kon krijgen. Eigenlijk niet, kreeg hem uiteindelijk wel. De handdoeken worden dus niet vervangen en kamer wordt niet schoongemaakt tussendoor. Houd hier dus rekening mee. Als alleenreizende vrouw is de locatie prima, mits je in de avond een taxi neemt. Ik pakte vanaf het station Ramon en Cajal voor minder dan €5,- de taxi. Taxi’s staan daar altijd op klanten te wachten en ook al is de afstand naar het hotel klein; om in de avond alleen te lopen vanaf het station is niet verstandig. Maar door een taxi te gebruiken is er geen probleem. Eerder inchecken kan niet, maar je kan wel je bagage achterlaten ( ook bij uitchecken) en dan wordt deze door een beveiliger bewaakt ( is gratis). Jongen met krullen is vriendelijk en lacht veel en is behulpzaam. Rest is behulpzaam maar lacht niet/ minder. Een lach op iemands gezicht zorgt ervoor dat jij je welkom voelt. De jongen met de krullen zorgde daar echt voor, de andere minder. Eindstand: zeker naartoe gaan als je voor een redelijke goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding Madrid gaat bezoeken.

This place is an experiment in humans helping other humans. Check-in location was a challenge to locate, there were no obvious signs to direct us. Luckily, we encountered another guest that experienced similar confusion and directed us to the checkin office. The key card assigned to open the room had issues with the main entrance. Another guest let us in. No issues once we were in the building. I’m giving a two overall since this seemed to be a new concept, but experimenting with guests that are not familiar with location can be a stressful situation. The room was generally clean and did not stay long enough to gather if location was convenient.

Very good value for money, coffee place and supermarket next door. A bit noisy and the bed was not very comfortable, missing pillows and AC did not work properly. Veery cheap compared to other options, so I cannot really complain... perfect for budget stay in Madrid if you do not spend much time in the room!

Es una buena alternativa para pernoctar en Madrid a un precio relativamente asequible, 155€/noche. Tiene que mejorar claramente el proceso de checkig que es eterno y las indicaciones de llegada, todos los que estábamos en el checkig nos confundimos y fuimos de edificio en edificio. No recomiendo cenar en el Lizarran que está cerca, la cena fue decepcionante.

Very nice room with A/C. Walking distance supermarket. Good pizza across the street. No refrigerator. A small fridge would be great. Very small 2 packages of shower/shampoo gel. I had to buy bigger ones in the supermarket.

My toilet broke halfway into my one week stay and there was no attempt to resolve it. There was a screw sticking out by 1cm out of the ground in front of the dresser I kept stepping on. Will not take out trash or give a new towel. Took a day to get a wifi password. Very difficult to reach the front desk. The interior is clean and modern and that was the saving factor. Would not recommend overall

This is a dorm residence. We booked a room considering pics on Expedia, amenities etc. We were placed in an annex with no access to amenities. Check in was long and cumbersome. The first night when we returned from sightseeing we were locked out of room…45 mins to figure that out. If price is your number one consideration, this may be the place for you…otherwise choose another.
