Room was comfortable, clean, and small (difficult to get around the bed), outlets to plug phone available only one side of the bed. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast, good location to walk around touristy areas. Would stay there again with adjusted expectations.

Best location in the historic district. Easy walking to popular places like Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, and Calle Gran. The host can book a guided trip with Julia Travel (the best guides) to Toledo, Segovia, and Avila.

The staff were super nice and the hotel was a great location (near metro, etc). However I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where the walls were as paper thin - I could hear my neighbors talking late at night and at 4:30 AM as well. VERY frustrating.

The hotel was just okay for a one-night stay. The rooms are quite small, and the property overall feels like it has seen better days. During our visit, the main elevator was broken, so we had to use the service elevator, which wasn’t very convenient. On the positive side, the location is excellent—very central and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the main attractions. Good for a quick stay, but I would consider other options for a longer visit.

Everything was perfect - except the deceptive photo on the booking page - which is actually a photo of a hotel up the road. It is also called Petit Palace and has the banner. Your hotel has a much nicer entrance - but no banner and is further towards Opera. Rather confusing. Great position - great amenities; super breakfast, and whisper quiet, despite being in a lively part of town.

It is in a great central location, in a pedestrian only street full of shops and restaurants. It is in an old building, totally renovated. The buffet breakfast is in a cave-like basement. Really cool! Great food!

Property is just about okay. Nothing great. Rooms are really small for 2 . However the private bathroom is nice . Property has a breakfast facility in the basement. Really expensive for the facilities on offer. The biggest advantage - you are right in the heart of the city ie Sol. Lots of dining options nearby. Very Well connected stay option. Its a very conveniently located hotel, that is the best part. Breakfast is good. The room for three was spacious. The only thing is, I wish the AC was colder in the guest room especially when is 100 fahrenheit outside. The staff was super friendly.

The location is great! I just wish the reception staff would have been a little more helpful when it came to figuring out the parking and driving rules in Barcelona. They live there and should inform the guests since the rules are a bit unusual.
