This is the best stay I’ve experienced in my entire Spain trip. I felt safe, staffs are all nice and very helpful. You can always see them clean the common areas like kitchen and bathrooms.

We stayed at the Urban Inn hotel in Madrid and were pleasantly surprised by how new, clean, and modern everything felt. The sleeping pods were fairly comfortable, and while we were on a bottom bunk, we could hear movement from the capsule above—which might be worth considering if you’re a light sleeper. It was a bit warm inside the capsule, but cracking the door helped. There’s a fan inside, which is loud but personally comforting if you’re used to white noise. It did help with airflow. Bathrooms were located one floor down from the sleeping area. They were sleek and modern, though I wished I had brought more modest sleepwear since the sleeping quarters aren’t gender-separated. The showers had excellent rain-style heads and perfect water temperature, though changing was tricky with only one bench for six stalls. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to major tourist spots and several metro stations. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Storage was minimal but functional: one drawer under the capsule fit two carry-on bags. Note that towels and padlocks come with an extra charge. Overall, this hotel offered great value for the price. Despite a few quirks, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Very clean, confortable bed, big locker for luggage, near Noviciado subway station and Dia supermarket. A block from Gran Via. Location is good and safe.

The main selling point of this hostel is the location. I cannot stress how ideal it is. Everything is near from urban amenities to tourism spot. You literally can explore the whole city in a few hours just because how close it it. I will stress though, there are 80 capsules and a lot of people living in a small amount of space. At some point, things can get really busy and even smelly/dirty. The staff puts a lot of effort in cleaning but realistically they can't do it 24/7. This is a hostel after all. You are saving in price over convenience and for that I have to give 5 stars. To staff: the biggest source of improvement is ventilation. Having that installed would greatly help. Or have people only wear slippers in the sleeping area. Moving the shoe rack outside would greatly improve the smell that an air freshener can't fix.

I wish they would have enforced the quiet times. I understand the majority of hostel travelers are young but having signs everywhere stating the quite zones then doing nothing about the noise at 1 and 2am is a bit frustrating
