"Everything was lovely especially the staff helpfulness! They set up a massage for us and an excellent tour with opulentia travel. Our tour driver Kostas was wonderful!! The shuttle drivers were great and assisted us with luggage and directions pleasantly! The only improvement I would recommend is the grounds in front of the outside terrace. The stone walkway needs repair and the grass could be beautified in some way which would add greatly to the outside appearance. Maybe even done sitting areas on the grass to look out over the water.. Everything was excellent and I would come back to this hotel and recommend it to others."

"This was the perfect place to get some sleep in between my late night flight from Santorini Monday night, and my Tuesday flight back to the US. No steps to climb after traveling all day, which was a plus for me as I was so exhausted. I had forgotten my travel fan, but the suite had a lovely mini-split AC unit, so I actually got about 9 hours of much needed rest! I used Uber (taxi) and it only took about 15-20 minutes to get there. Highly recommend for a quick overnight without paying astronomical $$ at airport hotels!"

"Be careful!!! Airport shuttle is only available during VERY limited hours, which is buried within their description. This is why they immediately email you the hours after booking, because they know they’re being deceptive. When you reply that you need a shuttle outside those hours, they will not refund you. Also, the air conditioning leaked into the room and dripped a ton of water. We had to forgo A/C so that we didn’t hear “drip drip drip” all night."

"I have never paid so much for a hotel that had so little to offer. The room was absolutely lacking in color and detail; everything but the duvet was grey. But what really disturbed me was the fact that the pool was not operating. No reason was provided for this. I was really looking forward to a good swim before a 12-flight. The restaurants were nearly empty and it was easy to understand why; the prices were exorbitant. For $500 US per night, you'd think they could at least include breakfast in the fee. ILike most guests, I simply walked back to the airport and bought food there. Given that the Sofitel is the ONLY airport hotel, they are able to get away with charging so much for so little."
