I chose this property last minute and it was a great experience. The staff was super nice and the continental breakfast was just what I needed for a quick breakfast on my way out. I would go to this site again.

Check is clerk was great. I reserved my room for the wrong night by mistake. I only realized this when i got a reminder email as i was driving to the hotel. Since i was driving it was not possible to handle the situation online with Expedia. I called the hotel and the clerk handled it for me. She was still on shift when i arived later that night. She was able to answer a gew questions for me about the area. Overall great employee.

A couple of things I didn’t like: the concession food was too expensive. 2.50 for a can of soda? Come on. Just get a vending machine. Just go to the grocery store if you want snacks. The ironing board was unstable and kept collapsing.Time for an upgrade. I didn’t like that the guest service person returned my ID onto the counter when I placed it in his hand! Other than that, an extremely clean hotel and a safe exterior. The hotel is directly connected to the interstate. So beware of this. It wasn’t too bad to get out of the hotel though.

Doors don’t lock on side or front entrance, so homeless people come in and sit in the breakfast area, using the microwave and getting coffee

Hello,We understand that you are upset that we refused to extend your stay any longer! The managment of the hotel will not tolerate if the guests won't follow the rules of the hotel and disturb other guests. As of the result of your action we had to ask you to leave and unfortunately Mahwah police had to be called as you were cursing and yelling in the lobby. Please follow the rules of any hotels that you go and you won't have any problems.Thanks,

The owner and his brother run this property, they are womanizers, they mistreat their staff(I have seen it with my own eyes), he is very prejudice about who comes to his hotel, his name is Hamid. The only thing that was absolutely amazing , was Lisa at the front desk, emani overnight, and sharief. Alejandro is amazing and he is being abused with the amount of work given to him and what he is paid. This business is taking advantage of good people, that is why this hotel is always the most empty in town. Not to mention they allow people smoking in rooms and their breakfast is disgusting and half the stuff is expired from Costco. It has changed names several times and is changing again. Save your money, and go somewhere else.

Stayed one night and was super impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire place. Breakfast is nothing crazy but just enough to get your day going and the dining room is fantastic. Front desk lady was wonderful and very accommodating.

The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Although the property is pet friendly there is no where to walk a dog. The outside is a little run down looking but the inside seems to have been updated. The lobby area and room were nice and clean.

From check in to departure the staff was kind and welcoming. Traveling alone I was not comfortable staying on the ground floor but my gentle at the counter did not bat an eye when I asked to be moved to a higher floor. He was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The rate was very, very reasonable and much less than other similar hotels in the area. It was booked though Expedia. I'd definitely return again.

Had a great stay, room was spotless and comfortable. Very nice staff, we talked to Lisa twice and she was wonderful. The guy that checked us in (sorry i forgot your name) was very polite and professional. This will be our "go-to" place to stop when we're traveling.
