"Wij vonden het een prachtige plek! Omgeven door natuur beleef je de echte stilte. Het zwembad is fijn qua temperatuur maar heerlijk verkoelend op hele warme dagen. Het huis van binnen is mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien (vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, nespresso koffiemachine, magnetron. Wij misten alleen een waterkoker. De bedden liggen prima en de badkamers zijn goed. De meeste winkels zijn op ongeveer 10-15minuten rijden. Als enige minpuntje was dat het op warme dagen (boven de 30C) het ‘s middags in huis ook wel écht warm werd. De ergste warmte was gelukkig wel weer verdwenen in de ochtend. Het contact met beheerder ging prima, ze antwoordde snel op evt vragen. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!!"

"The hotel was a great place to meet up with a friend for a couple of nights. Their restaurant offered a good selection for dinner and both of our meals were very tasty and reasonably priced. The breakfast was also economical and offered breads, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and fruit along with very good coffee. Our room was comfortable and clean with excellent bedding and comfortable beds. I also appreciated having a mini fridge and a water kettle in the room. The staff was very helpful in letting us know that hotel guests got free entry to the beaches and discounts on kayak or SUP rentals. We were right across from a little lake with nice beaches, a waterfront restaurant where we ate one night and a great ice cream shop. There is also a campground/cottage resort nearby where morning yoga was offered and a small open air market was held. It was a very good experience."

Les commercants de Castelnau sont très sympathiques, mention spéciale à la boulangerie et au Coccimarket. Nombreux producteurs et cavistes à visiter.Beaucoup de lieux à voir, un coup de coeur pour le village Fourcès et le restaurant MontResto à Montréal du Gers."
