「First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. 「Our stay was good but the area around the motel was very sketchy looking. The next door motel was very loud. You could smell pot every time you walked outside. There was a man who 2 different times while in the pool with my 13 year old son, walked to the dumpster area and took a pee. 」
