Lovely place in Mainz

Ingo’s place is beautiful and he is a friendly responsive host It’s comfortable, clean, well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would return when in Mainz again.

Wonderful family-sized home in a quiet suburb

Everything about Ingo's house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children during our stay. We especially enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry washing machine. The home is very accessible to local tram and bus connections to downtown Mainza. Ingo was responsive to all of our requests. Highly recommended.

Junggesellenabschied

Super Vermieter, kümmert sich um alle Angelegenheiten! Haus top vorbereitet, alles sauber und ordentlich. Für größere Gruppen: es gibt nur ein einzelnes Badezimmer, daher morgens die Zeiten einteilen. Für Junggesellenabschiede: Vorsicht ist bei der Nachbarschaft geboten, die doch recht lärmempfindlich sind - wer sich an die Regeln hält, kriegt keine Probleme. Und hat der Aufenthalt aber trotzdem super gefallen! Danke nochmals an Ingo!

Saubere & Schöne Unterkunft

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne & saubere Unterkunft mit guter Grundaustattung. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wichtig zu beachten ist die geforderte Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr. Diese ist strikt einzuhalten, was aber kein Problem war. Rund um eine schöne & empfehlesnwerte Unterkunft.

Wundervolles Haus, tolle Vermieter

In dem modernen Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Wenn man im Außenbereich sitzt und auf die alten freigelegten Mauern am Grundstück schaut, fühlt man sich wie in der Toscana. Die Umgebung mit den Kirschplantagen laden zum Fahrradfahren gerade zu ein. Nach Mainz oder auch nur zum Rhein ein Katzensprung. Super nette Vermieter, die gleich nebenan sind. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr dort wieder buchen. 5-Sterne sind vollstens verdient.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr schön und ideal als Treffpunkt für Familientreffen oder ein Wochenende mit Freunden. Einziger Hinweis: es ist strickte Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr im Außenbereich verlangt, das sollte man vorher wissen wenn man Gruppenevents dort plant. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett u hilfsbereit und man kommt mit den öffentlich Verkehrsmittel sehr gut in die Mainzer Innenstadt.

Unkomplizierte und super freundliche /höfliche Kommunikation.

Eine schöne moderne Wohnung inclusive Außenanlage (Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit,Gartennutzung ) Sehr höfliche Vermieter. Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Domizil etwas begrenzt.

Kleines Idyll mitten in der Siedlung...

Unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld! Wir haben uns als kleine Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt ... Geschmackvolle hochwertige Einrichtung ohne überflüssige Deko und Gedöns ...Der Innenhof und der idyllische Garten waren natürlich mega... Unsere Kinder und die Kinder der Hausherrn haben entspannt zusammen gespielt und wir konnten unseren Kaffee genießen...Supermärkte und sehr leckerer Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar...Danke,dass wir euer schönes Häuser-Ensemble für ein paar Tage genießen durften...

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Kommunikation

Wir, fünf Freundinnen, hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften Häuschen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man für ein gemütliches Wochenende benötigt. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In und Check out verliefen reibungslos. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Die Hofreite ist nur zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder !

Entspannung pur mit perfekter Stadtanbindung

Meine Freundinnen und ich hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende. Wir konnten im wunderbaren Garten entspannen, uns in der großen Küche und Wohnzimmer ausbreiten und hatten eine tolle gemeinsame Zeit. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zu Ingo Fischer war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Relaxing clean quiet

Very nice clean home in a great small town with everything in walking distance! Many great restaurants within walking distance too. We had major jetlag and never had any problems sleeping at weird hours. Very quiet. We were staying here while looking for a permanent home and it was easy to get everywhere we needed to. Hosts were very nice and helpful.

Super Unterkunft und Aufenthalt in Mainz

Die Vorfreude auf unseren Aufenthalt war groß und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig aber sehr verkehrsgünstig und die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die komplette Einrichtung in einem super Zustand und genügend Platz im großen Wohn- Essbereich oder auch im riesigen Garten. Gastgeber Ingo kümmert sich sehr sehr nett und unkompliziert um seine Gäste. Die Anreise und die Übergabe der Wohnung wurden schon vorher abgesprochen, sodass auch unsere späte Anreise kein Problem war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte mal in einem der drei Häuser bei Ingo in Mainz-Finthen

Adorable house

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house and host! Ingo and Julie went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. We ended up staying at this home for the first 14 nights in Germany while we shopped for a permanent home. The location in Finthen was a little farther from work but we actually loved it because we could explore this little town that we probably wouldn’t have otherwise! The home was clean, fresh, and just so lovely! The backyard was awesome for our two rambunctious kids, as was the proximity to grocers and restaurants! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan to share it with other newcomers to this area that are looking for an alternative to a hotel! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Zusammenfassend: einfach perfekt!

Wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld unglaublich netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Da Häuschen an sich war überaus sauber, die Einrichtung und das Ambiente entsprechen exakt den vorhandenen Fotos. Alles in allem gibt es nicht einen einzigen Kritikpunkt - einfach toll!

Super freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung und sehr netter Empfang. Ingo Fischer hat sich geduldig allen meinen Fragen schon im Vorfeld sehr hilfsbereit gewidmet und die Antworten waren dazu noch super schnell. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde eingegangen und das Haus ist echt schön und idyllisch. Selbst nur für eine Nacht also echt empfehlenswert - da sind wir 12 uns alle einig !
