"Excellent place to stay very convenient and extremely well equipped! Kitchen bathroom had everything we needed! Great views!! We stayed in the lower unit and the only issue would be is when the upstairs neighbors are even slightly walking around it’s loud downstairs in this unit. So as long as your on the same schedule as you neighbors you’ll be fine. Without a doubt we would rent this again just would request the upper unit. The host was amazing and calls or messages were responded to immediately. "

"All the little extras, a small cooler, indoor toys for the kids and beach toys. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and welcoming home. Washer and dryer was a big plus! Only thing to consider is the bunk beds are right next to front door, which still worked out for us when we switched places with the kids with a couple of adults. Great place to stay and would definitely recommend "

"Lovely local neighborhood with tropical garden, sunset view, surrounded by much birdsong,chickens and roosters. Convenient location near KOA airport."

"The room was decent but prime ocean view isn't always full ocean view. customer service is pretty mediocre for the price. Food is good for breakfast. Would avoid beach house for dinner. Pool side drinks are mediocre. Overall probably would recommend staying at the Kona Village hotel next door. They actually had their property in front of a more swimmable beach and had better water sports. Four seasons was quieter though and probably better for golf."

"It is a lovely property, modern, well maintained, clean, spacious, and quiet. The ocean breezes kept it comfortably cool. We were very comfortable staying there. Viewing the sunset over the ocean from the deck was a treat. Highly recommended."
