「Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10」

「My room was on the end so I was told to park there. When I went in I saw that the door was taped open so it wouldn't lock. I took the tape off but it didn't matter bc the lock still didn't work. The door to my room was ajar so I had to leave the door open and check to make sure it was safe. I will NOT be staying at the hotel in the future. Had I not been on the road for 15 hours, I would have left and found another place. Instead, I placed items in front of the door and left the light on...
