Ground floor: Common room 15 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. You have access to the terrace. Eat-in kitchen 32 sqm and with dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 12 sqm terrace (together with living room / bedroom). Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 3 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Makarska, 130 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence, a hedge, and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking in garage, carport, and on the street in front of the house.
