Quiet location and wonderful view of the city, island and the sea. For shared use: property 1000 m2 (fenced), a large Mediterranean garden with barbecue, garden furniture. Parking spot. Shop 1.0 km, restaurant 200 m, pebble beach 2 km. The house is on the edge of an olive grove.
