「The location is truly unique: you can enjoy a beautiful sea view directly from your room, while being just a one-minute walk from the seafront restaurants and cafés and only five minutes from the Old Town.

「The apartment is in an excellent location—just a 5-minute walk to both the beach and the Riva, with two bakeries and a grocery store conveniently located next door.
The only downside was that there is just one air conditioning unit, so the bedrooms rely on fans. The underground parking can also be a bit inconvenient if you plan on coming and going throughout the day. One evening when we returned late, the garage entrance was blocked by two cars, so we had to pay for street parking.

「Excellent for a family stay! We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms, had plenty of space! View of the sea was great, and location was perfect: short walk to the beach, bakery, restaurant or just getting some ice cream. Parking conveniently located on the lower level. Once we arrived and parked everything was very close, we had no need to even use the car until we left. Would absolutely return here and recommend to others.」
