"Aves is absolutely beautiful. Quite a bit more modern than the general vibe of the area, which was just great for me. The room, the pool, etc. were incredibly comfortable and relaxing, but what really made it great was the staff. Mike, the owner, and his crew were phenomenal. They helped us out in numerous ways, including arranging tours, taxis, and massages. It was a genuine pleasure to get to know them. I would gladly go back again, and again. "

The owner, Mike, lacked in communication, multiple attempts to contact for confirmation, checking in and directions was frustrating. 40 mins prior our arrival he notified me via VRBO messaging that our room wasn’t available and moved us to a comparable room. "Absolutely loved our stay at Nantipa. Their staff is all amazing and so attentive. They truly care about their customers & every interaction we had with them was pleasant. They day we arrived it was my husbands birthday, they had a mini birthday cake waiting for us in our room. The day we were leaving they left us a little gift in our room & even offered to pack a breakfast box to go since we had to leave really early In the morning. It's details like this that make customers happy and want to return. Thank you all for making our stay here wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone. 10000/10"

"The stay at the villa was wonderful, a very short walk from the sea, private parking, from the balcony you can see a lot of green views and treetops. The personal pool was perfect and the hospitality of the owner was great. The house itself is very beautifully decorated and located in a very quiet area.
