「Very nice property. Very quiet yet 10 minutes from everything you would want on Merritt Island and cocoa beach.House is stocked perfectly」

「We had a great stay! Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turtle sightings, night beach walks, and the restaurants around town. It would be nice to have a couple beach tents available, if possible for guests. We found Melbourne Beach to be a great spot and this rental to be accommodating. 」

「The house was great and spacious! We loved the location, the pool and all the amenities around us. You minutes fromCamp Holly airboat rides, the beach, Andretti Thrill Park, and we ventured to the Space Center. 」

「We stayed a week this time. It was our first time at this property so we were taking a chance; but, as they say, "nothing risked, nothing gained". We found what will be our "go to" property in Melbourne Beach.I just can't say enough good things about this property and how relaxed our visit was!I would like to rent this for an entire month next year!BTW, the photos are up to date.And, for Tesla owners, there is a real Tesla Home Charger!This is a Great Property!」

「The house was lovely. The bathroom towels were dirty, we washed them and realized they’re stained. And they are very thin. There were no separate pool towels. The extra blankets were dirty and stained too. There was only one kitchen hand towel - needs a couple more. There are not enough drinking glasses or juice glasses for everyone at meal times. The pool was very dirty and we could not use it. Floating debris, bottom of pool filthy. Was told pool maintained weekly but there is no way - fuzzy...

「I always appreciate when a property has a decent mattress and this was perfect for a girls weekend! Had everything we needed and would stay here again. Cross A1A and the beach access is there. It’s a small place and decorated nicely. There is another unit behind this one and those guests do walk past your entrance. 」
