Apart. 2, Malaga, sleeps 6, sea view & terrace

  • This apartment has great sea views, a balcony and terrace. It sleeps 6 (families only) and is in the beautiful and quiet residential area of Pedregalejo in Malaga East. One of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol is just 850m away (10-15 mins walk).

We are sorry but we can only accept reservation for families, not for groups. This is because of noise concerns for our other guests and neighbours, we hope you understand.

Registered with the Tourism Authority of Andalusia, number RTA: A / MA / 01559.

Apartment n. 2 is the biggest of three charming apartments in Casa Malaga. The 85m2 apartment offers beautiful sea views, a large balcony and a lovely terrace of 17m2. (We kindly ask guests not to use the terrace after midnight in respect of our neighbours). It is located on the first floor and is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It features a living / dining room with a newly fitted kitchen. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a large bath.

The apartment has free WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine, dish washer oven and microwave. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are also included.

The house is 2 minutes’ drive from the Malaga ring road making access by car easy and fast. Free street parking is available very close to the house.

The apartment is perfect for babies and children. We have a cot with bedding and changing mat for babies. There is a highchair and children's' table-ware available. Outside there are railings and safety guards on the stairs to keep the children safe. A children's toy train set is also included.

Along the Pedregalejo pedestrian promenade you will find both modern and traditional restaurants and bars. The promenade is directly next to the beach which is formed from small coves. This makes it an ideal, and safe, place for children to play and swim in the sea. Malaga City Center is 10 minutes' drive away or a 20-minute bus ride. Guests can visit the Picasso Museum or taste the local food in one of the numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Casa Málaga is a great choice for travellers interested in cultural city visits, sunny, friendly people and, of course, the beach.

Guests with reduced mobility, please note that the house is on a hill and the apartment is accessed via steps.

Nice accommodation

We were a family of 6 adults and had a great stay at this unit!! It was fairly close to the beach, lots of outdoor living space, open layout, ocean views, sunrises in the morning, parking fairly close, this was in a unit in a triplex with a unit above and below but no problem with noise, lots of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores nearby with easy access to the main hwy....Thanks Gordon and Blanco

Great host, lovely appartment

Great apartment, just as it was described. Beware that the house is on the rather steep hill, but the view from the top is gorgeous. Host was very helpful with all the questions that we've had.

Hervorragend

Nette Vermieter, Wohnung u Aufenthalt

Dennoch insgesamt eindeutig empfehlenswert.

Great family getaway

We stayed at Gordon’s lovely property for six days - it was just as described : clean, comfortable, beautiful views of the Mediterranean, well appointed and quite spacious. In order to have views you have to be uphill, so the walks back from the shore were strenuous but doable. We parked our rental in the neighbouring streets, it’s a quiet residential neighbourhood, there were no problems. We loved our stay and hope to come back and rent it again!!

Fab apartment outside Malaga

Great apartment, spotless and well equipped. 10 minutes to buses to centre and beach. Only drawback is steep walk back up the hill but found Uber useful at the end of a long day out or with shopping! Had a great week

Merveilleux sejour
