Amazing exterior apartment, with five balconies, completely renovated. Located in the historic center of Malaga, just 1 minute from Plaza Uncibay and very close to all places of tourist interest.





The Picasso museum is just 3 minutes away on foot, the Cathedral of Malaga 5 minutes away, the emblematic Calle Marqués De Larios just 7 minutes away, La Malagueta beach 15 minutes away on foot.This luxurious 85-square-meter apartment offers two spacious and bright bedrooms, each with a balcony and a double bed, two bedside tables, large closets with hangers, dressed in high-quality bedding.

The living room is very spacious, equipped with a modern sofa, wooden dining table, dining table with 4 chairs, Smart TV.

It also offers a large fully equipped kitchenette with oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, glasses, cutlery...

Lovely renovated apartment in old town Malaga

Beautifully renovated apartment in the old town of Malaga. Located right where all the action is and in close proximity to many attractions, including the harbor. If you want to be in the center of it all, this is a great apartment.

Heart of Old Town

Immaculate apartment in heart of Old Town. Great for walking to shops, restaurants, attractions. But, if you aren’t one to stay up very late, you may find it too noisy in the wee hours for your likely. Lots of revelers partying and a few crazy screamers may make a good night’s sleep a challenge.

Central Malaga Old Town

The apartment is right in the centre of Malaga Old Town. Great for the tourist attractions however be aware that the noise doesn't stop. In our opinion the apartment has some issues and we had to keep the window in the bathroom during the night which meant a severe lack of sleep due to constant noise. We love Malaga but next time if you want a good nights sleep we would stay a little further away from the center and walk in to the Old Town.

Historic Malaga-great place to be

You will be close to every attraction, shopping, tapas bars and restaurants. Easy walking to the museums and Alcazaba. We loved the location. The building has an elevator so easy to move luggage. Taxis are stationed 5 minutes away if you go to the airport or train station. Our hosts answered our emails promptly. If you don't speak Spanish, you may want to ask how to run the laundry. Grocery store is 5 minutes walk and has all you need.
