Spectacular Penthouse, totally new with modern decoration and very bright. Located in the historic center of the city, it is located on the fourth floor with an elevator/lift.





The Santos Suite Penthouse has a bedroom with a double bed, with a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables, dressed in high-quality bedding.

It also has a spacious living room, equipped with a single sofa bed, a wooden dining table with glass, a high-quality 55-inch Smart TV, a rectangular dining table with 4 comfortable chairs.

The American-style kitchen, open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, traditional coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, pots, pan, glasses....





The bathroom offers a large shower, with sink, high quality towels, soap...





The penthouse is very well soundproofed, located on the fourth floor in a very quiet area, the building has a wide entrance with an elevator.

Free WiFi, air conditioning and heating are provided throughout the penthouse.





The penthouse has the capacity for 2 people, in case of an extra person, contact our reservations department.

Malaga Penthouse

Property well equiped and spotless. A beautiful building. I was a bit disappointed to be able to see so little of the view from this penthouse apartment. Perfect size for two adults due to roof slant. Air con wonderful in August heat.
