Lux Stay
Exceptional property, quiet but plenty to see and do. Seal watching at low tide, with a resident bald eagle. Beaches near by and plenty is shoreline in your backyard.

Lovely coastal home
We stayed with another couple for 4 nights while golfing and touring Nova Scotia. The location is convenient to small villages and local golfing. Reasonable drive to Halifax and PEI. The view and setting are spectacular. We enjoyed observing the tide changes, the area beaches (Blue Sea and Rushton), Jost Winery and strolling around Tatamagouche. Trevor was very helpful and prompt when answering the few questions we had. The kitchen was amazing and completely equipped for cooking. Casual, comfy furniture and great beds. It looks as good as the online photos!

Malagash Point Beach House - summer 2022
Absolutely fantastic property, location and owner. The drive from Halifax airport was a breeze and the directions were easy to follow in Waze. Every detail of the house was beautiful and well thought through. We were a family of 6 (two young children and grandparents) for a week in Aug and there was more than enough room for all of us to eat, play and even get some quiet down time when needed. The private beach was easily accessible and great for clamming, making fires, etc... the local Provincial park beach (Blue Sea Beach) is a 5 min drive down Malagash Road and well worth the visit... we walked for miles on the hard packed sand as the tide went out. Chase's Lobsters, Bay Enterprises Clams and Oysters, Salt Mine Museum, Tatamagouche and day trips into PEI over Confederation Bridge were just some of the highlights of our week at the house. Trevor was a pleasure to rent from and quickly responded to any questions we had. We would come back in a heartbeat and will remember our 2022 Malagash vacation for years to come!

Wonderful beach house
Great beach house with expansive open spaces. Quiet and private location, great for family time. We explored the changing tides, saw a seal, crane, hummingbirds, and grouse on the property. Very close to blue sea beach and Jost winery. Wonderful stay and great host. Thanks!

Beautiful Beach House property
The interior layout, comfortable bedrooms, spectacular views didn’t disappoint Proximity to SeaBlue provincial park/beach was a plus Beach at the end of the property is rocky and at the bottom of a steep stairwell (WIP) but, very enjoyable to walk at low tide… Great location for our family gathering…. The one year old enjoyed the ample space and the toys supplies…. The crib and high chair were an added bonus Trevor was very responsive to any of my inquiry/concern Nature at his best…..Saw deers, bear, fox, raccoon, porcupine on the property either at dusk or dawn and a fair amount of mosquitos/wasps (normal for this time of year) 😵‍💫 Wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Seclusion at its Best
This location is private and secluded yet not far from attractions such as a provincial beach and winery. You can easily entertain yourself on this property without leaving. Gorgeous sunrises, seals sunbathing and eagles soaring overhead entertain while you enjoy the comfortable outdoor space. This beach side home is spacious and contains everything you need for a optimum vacation.

Fantastic beach home with a spacious open plan living space, large kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area & protected outdoor dining area, ideal for families and gorgeous views of the water. We had a fantastic time and our 9month old loved the spacious areas for play. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Peacefulness meets NS luxury vacay property
Beautiful propert. It is a 20 minute drive to Tatamagouche if you need supplies or want to take in this quaint or or similar towns but that is a blink compared to this waterfront heaven. Modern and higher end properties. Lots of amenities. Can't beat the viewd you wake up to.

Magical spot on the North Shore
A truly special, magical spot. My family of 6 stayed here for 18 days in late April/May and loved every minute of it. The house is extremely comfortable and has spectacular views from almost every room. Very well designed and well equipped kitchen. We went on long beach walks every day and never encountered a soul. My children marvelled at all the wildlife that wandered out of the bush and across the lawn over the course of our stay (foxes, bears, deers, eagles, etc.). There is lots to do in the surrounding area that we did not get to, so we hope to return!

Cozy Winter Family Retreat
We rented this property to be able to ski at Wentworth for a week. It was about a 35 minute drive to the ski hill. Coming home to this perfectly cozy property was exactly what we needed. Spacious open kitchen and living area were perfect for our active and communal family. I lovely fireplace ended our evenings, and the sunrise view started our mornings perfectly. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for any cooking requirements. We highly recommend this winter getaway. I can only imagine the beauty in the summer. Thanks for sharing your home.

A wonderful vacation

Enjoying life and family time
Our family found this beautiful beach house to be a nice, tranquil place to play, laugh, and enjoy the beauty of the ocean and nature. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the house was immaculately clean, spacious, and offered a breath-taking view of the water. Our children played on the beach, enjoyed exploring, and traveling into Tatamagouche for ice cream!

Beautiful beach house!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, everything was as pictured, very bright and airy with an amazing view! It was great to see a variety of wildlife, a family of deer in the yard and on the beach! Loved exploring the beach at low tide. The local fresh seafood of course was amazing, we purchased and cooked lobster a few times. At the house you can relax and unwind in complete privacy, Tatamagouche is a short drive where there are some shops, restaurants, farmers market, one night had live music at the Tatamagouche Brewing Co. There are also a few wineries in the area, we went to Jost Vineyards and rented bikes to tour around. House was very well stocked with anything we could need. We were there in June and it was a bit on the cool side, we used the wood burning fireplace to take off the chill. Trevor was good with getting back to us quickly to answer questions and provide support when anything arose. Our only suggestion for improvement is cleaning up around the shed area there was some wood and other things that needed to be cleaned up. Thanks for the awesome family vacation!
