"We have stayed in many french gites over the years, but this farmhouse in the grounds of a beautiful chateau is exceptional. The location, close to Malestroit and Ploermel was excellent for shopping and visiting the markets and many larger towns were less than 30 minutes away. Helene was a great host, who was friendly, informative and helpful. She personally ensured the swimming pool was kept scrupulously clean and open from 8am to 8pm everyday - much appreciated on some very hot days. Highly...

"This is a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped house in a superb location, with a sheltered beach 100m away and a 2 mile sandy beach with waves 5 mins walk away. Croissants and bread also available within 5 mins walk (Jul & Aug). Wild oysters can be gathered from local beach and are delicious - kit to do this is provided. Our hosts were very nice and welcoming and didn't charge us for the butter dish we dropped! All ages from 3 to 80 had a marvellous time."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison restaurée et décorée avec goût. Elle est située dans le parc d’un superbe manoir où les oiseaux chantent. Le cadre est magnifique et serein. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Nous étions 8 adultes et un enfant de deux ans et demi. De nombreuses visites de caractère dans les alentours. Nous reviendrons !"

"A really fantastic location. We stayed in a chalet overlooking the lake which was lovely. The chalet is really nice, spacious and had pretty much everything you need for a holiday. The swimming pool was lovely and clean with plenty of sun beds around. It was nice being car free, the children could cycle and scoot round safely, but bear that in mind for packing/unpacking, it can be quite a walk depending which area your chalet it. The restaurant on site is very limited with space and opening...
