"Villa was beautiful. Plenty of rooms to relax. Infinity pool was gorgeous. The host came to greet us and had brought gifts of food, very responsive to messages. He went out of his way to make you feel welcome. The villa is on top of a mountain and was very quiet. The small village not far from the villa had lots of culture. "The stone house is so beautiful, you can see the beautiful beach. Its really a great view. The way down to teh beach is nice and short."

"Great property, stunning views and the best part was the care and attention given to us by the property owners. My wife became ill while on the trip and they even found us a local doctor and booked an appointment for us! We did have a couple of appliances that were not working properly when we arrived and they were taken care of immediately, and did not impact our stay negatively at all. "

"We really enjoyed out stay in this hotel! The bets thing about it is the people - we were made to feel welcome and everyone working here was atentive and warm and made us feel super welcome! (Thanks for all those extra treats - fruit, coffee, ouzo!). The food is lovely and fresh, the pool was incredible and the beach and sea beautiful. We were walking distance to different restaurants and shops, and it was easy to go to Knossos too. A fantastic stay! Thank you! "

"The hotel, location and staff are top. We couldn‘t recommend enough this place! The hotel staff are always willing to help and solve. We fell ill and the staff quickly helped us find a doctor and also helped us cooking special food. They also immediately provided support with our booking, as a consequence of the mistake made by Expedia. Food was great and every day you can find something different, we were too unlucky we couldn‘t try them after we became ill, but even the diet food was great. We really enjoyed our trip there and of we were to go back, we would certainly do it to this hotel."

"Amazing hotel, staff at the hot is wonderful, everyone is so nice, helpful, supportive, friendly and funny. We had the best time and feel sad to leave! "This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We stayed at Acro for the end of our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in a cave suite and it was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. We loved having access to our own private pool every day. The food is great, and the daily breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend the shakshuka and chocolate pancakes, and the daily buffet was also really delicious and fresh. We loved the atmosphere -- there aren't many rooms and it is adults only, so it was very quiet and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. It's perfect for a romantic trip. All of the amenities and facilities were really wonderful as well, especially the spa. The true highlight, however, was the staff. From the moment we checked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay what it was. They remembered our names and room number and were happy to assist with anything. Because of the staff, I cannot recommend Acro enough. We don't normally return to the same hotel or location as we like to try something new when we travel, but because of the staff, we will absolutely return and are already talking about when we should plan our next trip. "
