「Kyle, Jerry and the full reservation desk staff were great. The room was clean, the A/C was quiet, a comfortable bed and a great shower, and the selection of breakfast foods was super. Enjoyed my three-night stay and will be sure to choose this hotel again in the future.」

「Good 」

「Well this place is a hidden little gem. Though it is an older building and in a slightly odd location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You can see that housekeeping takes pride and what they do and the desk staff Mike and another young man were very helpful. And insured that we were able to get into a handicapped room as my husband and his back on the way to Louisville. Yes, the building needs to be updated and the rooms need updated decor. 「服务整体不错」

「Such a lovely stay at the Market Street Inn. A very charming, comfortable and feels like home kind of place. Carol and Steve are just the kindest owners. They were responsive and accommodating and always available if needed. We also loved meeting Lisa, who made breakfast each morning and took care of any housekeeping needs. We felt like we were treated as family and not just guests. The area and location is perfect, SUCH a cute little town. Plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment within...

「The housekeepers were great.」

「Beautiful property in the heart of Whiskey Row! The restaurant and the gym were both excellent. The nightly toast to the end of Prohibition was fun! A return visit to Louisville would definitely warrant another stay here!」

「The host was very attentive and understanding.」

「The hotel was spotless and the staff was very helpful」

「This hotel has excellent hardware facilities and a good overall stay experience, but one of the male front desk staff members had a very poor attitude, even telling guests to shut up!」
