Delightful studio located in a koala corridor

This large open space living and dining area has a style all of its own, with no expense spared situated in a tranquil setting.
It features a king size bed dressed with quality linen for a restful nights sleep.
The studio is fully furnished with two comfortable lounge chairs and matching footstools, complimented with a large wall mounted smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked to suit your every need including water filter, coffee pod machine, organic herbal teas, milk and chocolate biscuits provided.
Private decks offers views of the garden and distant native bush where an abundance of birds, koalas and wildlife roam.
Coola is an Aboriginal word for koala. They can been seen sleeping in the gum trees along the walking track out the front of the property.
Off street boat, truck or trailer parking and undercover carport is provided.

This lovely studio was close to amenities and to some gorgeous walking trails. It was set up perfectly with a comfortable king size bed and a fabulous kitchen well set up for cooking. The washing machine was a bonus although we didn’t need to use it. Glenys was delightful and responded to messages quickly. We would definitely like to stay again when we next return to the area.

Property was very tastefully furnished and well equipped. The studio is in a nice quiet part of town, but close enough to facilities. Glenys was a great host and the TimTams were a nice surprise.

A neat, tidy, modern and clean, the property was perfect for our stop in Mallacoota. The koalas were not so prevalent during our stay, though we did see one, (and it was daytime, so I didn't expect them to be too energetic at that time of day). Our host was very welcoming and helpful. We would recommend this little cottage for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Mallacoota.

Lush Studio stay Mallacoota

Beautifully appointed and decorated studio that has absolutely eveything you need for a quiet and very comfortable stay in Mallacoota. Attention to detail is a priority for our host. Super comfy bed and definitely would stay again.

Superbly set up space.

The space was excellent, clean and private. Comfy bed and nice environment. I would highly recommend the Koala Studio and Glynis was very welcoming. A good walk into town and Mallacoota needs no recommendations as it is an East Gippsland treasure.

Very spacious and well equipped studio apartment

The property was in a peaceful private location, and although 10 mins drive to the beach and about 5 to the town, it was conveniently located on entry to Mallacoota. Once there it had that was required and sporlessly clean. Once we had gained the password for the key box the owner was extremely helpful. But unfortunately the Stayz system gave us details by emal with the key box code in an attachment ( an attachment we were unable to open at the time, due to poor internet in the area). However local knowledge at the caravan park assisted in connecting us with the owner., who greeted us and privided the code to the key box
