"The Staff there are extremely friendly and being helpful although it is a bit noisy and the cleaning lady knocked the door by 8am which is a bit ridiculous on Sunday morning. Perhaps this is their culture to have a early start which i am not sure. Overall, i am happy for my stay. "

"The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport. The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet."

"酒店有很傳統的格調，感覺奢華。房間整潔，但單人床比較細少一點。泊車有很多位置，分酒店左右兩旁，靠左邊的會近一點，如果靠右邊就要行多3，4分鐘的路程。自助早餐非常多種類的食物，味道也不錯，我地食埋自助晚餐，同樣地好值得嘗試，物有所值。最後我用埋佢酒店的其他設施，包括游泳池，健身室等，按摩也差一點想試埋，不過最後覺得有點貴就沒有試了。"

"地點很方便，旁邊就有Jolibee，跟便利商店， 離SM mall只需步行10-15分鐘，進出都有人安檢，安全性也不用擔心，也有泳池可以游泳，唯一的小缺點是冷氣有一點點點大聲！"
