Clean room. Comfortable bed and hockey playoffs on the tv. Nice gentlemen checked me in. Place is definitely dated, but had all i needed. Restaurants across the tracks (yes a few trains). Friendly town.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, möchte kaum was anfassen. Der Herr an der Rezeption weit über 70. sehr freundlich, sehr bemüht, alles recht zu machen. Für den Zustand jedoch ist der Preis viel zu hoch und unangemessen.

Doesn’t get online reservations
We reserved a room online. Showed up and the office guy said he doesn’t get online reservations. But they did have a room. We decided to stay elsewhere.

OVERBOOKED despite my Hotels.com reservation
It never happened because when I arrived the owner said he did not have any rooms despite my reservation. Hotels.com was not able to identify lodging in the vicinity where I could be relocated. I ended up having to drive two hours to find another place to stay. My bird hunting plans for Malta that I made months ago had to be cancelled. Either the Royals Inn owner or Hotels.com screwed up ( or perhaps both). Not happy

Parking is terribly cramped unless you're driving a very small vehicle. Room was pretty rough/dirty.

Quick check in. All one level. Easy parking. Older motel but in good condition. Some small cleanliness issues but not bad. Would stay again!!! Right on highway 2. Train runs nearby but wasn’t a bother.

I pre-paid through Orbitz 24 hours prior to arrival. When I arrived, my payment hadn't processed, so I had to pay again. It's kind of a dumpy place right across the street from the railroad tracks, and there were about 6 trains going through last night. Great if you like the roar of trains, I guess.

Dogs, pleural, howled, barked, and tipped/moaned ALL night. I think they were in back of pick up trucks, for when departure time came there were happy hips as if fed. Would not ever go there again.

I really like my stay there. It was very conveniently located, and the apartment room I had, provided everything I needed for a homey stay during a 3 day family reunion. Looking forward to booking there again next time I'm in Malta. :

Left our phone charger behind. When I contacted them later in the day they said that the housekeeper did not find it. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The hotel is RIGHT NEXT to very busy train tracks.
