Three Beaches is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation.
Welcome to Three Beaches—a light-filled, beautifully designed coastal retreat ideal for professionals, families, or small groups seeking a blend of style, space, and natural beauty.
Located just minutes from the Mogo Mountain Bike Trails, Pretty Point Beach, Malua Bay Beach, McKenzies Beach, and the scenic Munjip Walking Trail, this home is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure.
The Space
Upstairs, the open-plan living area boasts soaring ceilings, a designer chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, and elegant banquette dining. The inviting lounge features a built-in electric fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Glass doors open onto a generous 6.3m sun-drenched deck with a BBQ and alfresco dining setup—ideal for unwinding or entertaining.

Three Beaches features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering ample space and privacy for all guests.

• Queen Bedroom (Upstairs): Shares main bathroom
• Twin Bedroom (Upstairs): Two single beds, shares main bathroom
• Queen Bedroom (Downstairs): Conveniently located near a third bathroom
In addition to the master ensuite, the main upstairs bathroom includes a freestanding tub and separate shower—perfect for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach or on the trails. A third bathroom on the ground floor adds extra convenience, especially for larger groups or guests staying in the downstairs bedroom.
