Room had trash from previous tenant Toilet did not flush Inadequate lighting Had to collect fresh towels from office No maid service at all The swimming pool was not open to customers at all and in fact was closed Had to pay for laundry service Room had awful smell Sheets were not changed at all during my 3 day stay Lamps did not work and had no light bulbs Management was rude and unprofessional He did not like to help and would make stuff up as he went There was no maid service all 3 days

The staff was outstanding. They was very nice and friendly. Also very helpful for information that had been misprinted on the expedia website. Price was great for last minute reservations. The place just needs a little TLC so it would look nicer and that just takes time. The bed was hard but im use to my soft mattress at hime. They also was let me bring my dog but i had to pay a $20 pet deposit thats nonrefundable but i totally understand that. Will be willing to go back because everything needs work from time to time.

Not a fancy place to stay, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not much choice for places to eat unless you wanted fast food. We did find a Mexican restaurant that was very good.

It was ok for $60. It wasn't as advertised, it was a regular room with king bed, non smoking, with cigarette burns holes in the bed clothes. The tub had no plug, the hair dryer crumbled off the wall when touched, the tv screen was jacked up. If I knew they were going to charge me over $70 for a second night I would have left.

Habia cucarachos en la habitacion y no me respetaron la reservacion y me cobraron casi el doble de lo que en la app la habia reservado, esto sin contar que el encargado creo es razista ya que al hacer el check in y no hablar ingles me hacia mala cara como si mi dinero no valiera, ademas en 2 dias de hospedaje solo tenia un papel higienico a la mitad y tube q ir al waltmart a surtir ya q ni la limpieza hicieron no vuelvo a visitar ese hotel una muy mala experiencia q espero a los hispanos no les pase

We checked in the air conditioner didn't work good at all, we had no cold water we couldn't take a shower the water was so hot the refrigerator didn't work good we put food in there and it spoiled our dri ks didn't get cold,we called and the owner brought us a small fan it was so horrible its like the worse place i have ever stayed and there was 2 roaches i killed.i will never stay here again it was so hot in our room i had to end up taking my husband to the hospital he thought he was having another stroke bad place STAY AWAY FROM HERE

The people upstairs forward toilet water came pouring into our bathroom. Room next to ours was pad locked shut. The moved use to another room ceiling in bathroom covered in mold. Room next to us.... Window busted out and covered with plywood. ... Neither room would any of the plug ins charge a cell phone. Tried 3 different chargers and devices.

Place was dirty and had horrible smell about it. Hallway smelled of urine. The furniture in the room was in poor condition. A/C didn't work, knob was broken. I opted to not stay there. I returned the keys back to the front desk and requested a refund. Lady said management was out and she couldn't authorize a refund until they returned after the Memorial holiday. Pictures online very different than what was provided. Too poor condition for me. Tamiko

Each room should be ready with working amenities and thoroughly cleaned before it is offered to a guest. Our hotel clearly didn't meet your expectations, and let us assure you, it doesn't meet ours either. Your comment has been passed on to the management, especially the issue with the refund, and our front office staff and we shall use it to improve our services. We will be sure to double-check each room prior to occupancy.Thank you for taking the time to write this comment. Staff was friendly. First room the heater didn't work and the bathroom was filthy. Second room the key card door handle was out of batteries. The third room I don't think the key was even programmed. The fourth/fifth room they said we was in on room but they programmed the key for a different one then they told us.

Terrible don't stay here
When we checked in. It took 4 hrs to get a room due to room keys not opening up doors. Toilet was broken. TV not working in one of the 5 rooms that we were assigned to. 4 hrs later we finally got a room that almost everything worked. I would not recommend to stay here.

The first room we got didn’t have a smoke detector. But it did have a roach crawling on the bathroom counter. The front desk lady was so friendly and nice. She put us in a new room, that didn’t have hot water, towels, or a tv control. All in all, we didn’t die and it was cheap. But if any of those things are deal breakers I guess dig into your pockets

Inexpensive and it shows
This place is OK for a quick overnight stay, but there was no remote in my room, and it took forever to get warm water for the shower. I never got warm water in the sink.
