This comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit; sleeps two people and is close to shops and restaurants! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need for cooking meals. The spacious living room offers a TV, WiFi, and XBox, and small dining area. The master bedroom has a California king bed and TV. The unit also comes with an outdoor ski locker so you can store all your adventuring gear. The complex offers laundry facilities, sauna, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, Outdoor pool and BBQ gas grill (summer only) and outdoor parking. The unit has a ground floor deck that leads out to the pool and community lawn area. Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. This unit is a ground floor access with 1 level inside. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. A good value and close to town

My wife and I have stayed at many properties in the Mammoth area, and this property was a good value for our money. For both of us (we're over 60) having a ground level single floor property was vital, and this met our needs. As with other reviews, the property could use some updating, but for the nightly price we paid, the property was a good value. It has a nicely appointed kitchen with a Keurig (YES!), and a stacked washer/dryer. It's VERY quiet, even though the bedroom and living room face the pool/spa area. It's 2 blocks from Old Mammoth Road, where you can find Roberto's and The Warming Hut. There's ample parking. The mattress is very firm, but we got used to it after a couple of nights. We will probably rent this property again.
