Easy check in. Very clean. Centrally located. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. Really liked the indoor ski racks next to the kitchen.

Great location, near the Village & gondola to the Canyon Lodge. Easy walk, even while carrying snowboards. Clean and had every amenity needed for our stay. Perfect for our family of 3. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable. Plenty of pots and dishes. Having 2 full bathrooms was a bonus! The community grill, pool and hot tub was very close. Also, the walk to Mammoth Village was pretty short.

Staff were very nice and communicated with us to ensure we had all our needs met. Condo was in a great location, could walk to the village gondola easily. It had a nice, well, equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Is a smaller condo downstairs, but upstairs loft bedroom was large and very roomy.

Great location.

Wasn’t easy to find at night cause the address takes you to the next street. But luckily, even at mid-night, we could talk to someone on the phone who guided us. The place was great. The amenities perfect. My only problems were that the AC wasn’t working. I’m sure they would’ve fixed it if I called but the Fan was good enough for us. While the entire apartment was clean, the couch looked really old and dirty. The loft was great but it did give me the scare as the kids were constantly trying to look over. I would definitely stay back.

Great neighborhood

Village is easily accessible (5 min walk). Place is spacious and well stocked. Pellet stove is really nice. Clean, well stocked, well equipped bathrooms. Hot tub and sauna are very short walk. Really appreciated the ski/board hangers.

Very nice and clean property

The place was spotless and very close to everything. Thank you for hosting our family. I was under the impression there were two twin beds not a trundle bed. Also, the air was so dry it would have been nice to have some humidifiers. Other wise everything was awesome!

Comfortable & Cozy

Enjoyed this unit, very comfortably furnished and clean as a whistle. Only complaint is the fireplace unit, one of the pellet style (not wood burning), which did not function at all. Lots of phone calls later and no resolution.

Vacasa was was terrible to deal with! Pool was closed for the season (in September? 80 degree weather?) but VRBO ad did not disclose this. Jucuzzi was broken. Vacasa would not respond, saying lolocal office needed to contact us, which they NEVER did!

Excellent Unit

I was happy to discover that, although this is a 2nd-floor unit, no stairs are needed to get in. Big plus. The place was well-stocked and scrupulously clean. I was impressed by Vacasa's "user manual" which laid out all the particulars clearly. The only exception was that the pellet stove had one set of instructions in the manual, and another on the wall next to the stove--and neither set worked. The wall instructions indicated that the stove could be controlled by the wall thermostat. It couldn't. And the manual said to make sure that the fan on/off button was always on. Only problem is that pressing that button did nothing. Nothing illuminated or dimmed to indicate whether it was on or off and, as I said, nothing happened when the button was pressed. This is a quibble, since I did in fact get the stove running. As for the rest of the accommodations, all good. Kitchen appliances were clean and modern. Bathrooms fine. Loft bed (where I slept) was comfortable. Loft space heater did its job. Appreciated the USB ports on the alarm clock. Keyless entry was great. I hope to return. Well done, Vacasa.

Almost Perfect

Everything with this condo was fantastic. The location, the price, and the communication with the property manager was amazing. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was wonderful, and bathrooms were great with great water pressure. The ONLY thing that might use some improvement, the dishes were in the cabinets but most were dirty (stuck on food). Very minor as I just washed them before we used them. We will rent again when we can. It was a fantastic place. Thank you.

Cozy getaway

Stayed here for six nights and thought it was very cozy, quiet and comfortable. More space than we thought we've have for two people. Great communications with Vacasa upon pre arrival, arrival, and departure. Definitely would come back.
